The FSCS is the UK's statutory customer compensation fund of last resort. This means that FSCS can pay compensation to customers if a firm is unable, or likely to be unable, to pay claims against it. FSCS is an independent body, set up under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). Its service is free to customers. In addition, Rowan Dartington has Professional Indemnity Insurance covering events such as fraud or negligence, amounting to £10 million per event.

We’ve embraced technology to provide you with online access to information about your portfolio. We are currently undertaking a major upgrade to our valuation service which will mean that we can provide you with regular, bespoke portfolio reports as well. Our reporting services include valuations for Capital Gains Tax and Year End Accounts.
Of course there is no substitute for meeting your Client Executive regularly, so we’ll stay in regular contact and are always available to answer any queries.
