The Rowan Dartington Academy
The Academy was formed to align the career objectives of our staff with the needs of the firm and the requirements of our regulators. It provides a balance of in-house training and seminars, external examinations through industry recognised providers, computer based testing and government funded ‘soft skill’ initiatives.
Through the Academy, all staff will have the opportunity to develop and improve their knowledge and skills through Continuing Professional Development. We ensure that our staff:
- Are trained specifically for the role they undertake
- Remain competent for the work they do
- Are appropriately supervised
- Undergo regular performance reviews
- Possess the skill levels appropriate to the nature of their role
- All client facing individuals hold industry specific qualifications for that role
