Graham Coxell
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Graham Coxell has spent the last 17 years operating within the financial services sector, of which 13 years has been in the financial services outsourcing and technology sectors. As Chief Executive of Marlborough Stirling he oversaw turnover growth of £17m to £120m and a successful £250m stockmarket flotation in 2001. Graham subsequently became MD of Capita's Wealth & Distribution Outsourcing Division, making a number of acquisitions within the financial services software sectors. Graham is currently Chairman of JCA and advises on the board of various financial services and technology companies.

David Burrows
Chief Operating Officer
David joined Rowan Dartington in 2009. David is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years post qualification experience, 9 years of which have been spent in Financial Services. Having previously worked for KPMG, Price Waterhouse and PwC, he joined Legal & General (Unit Trust Managers) Ltd in 2001 as Head of Finance. After 6 years in the role he joined Morse Group plc in 2007 as a Senior Consultant specialising in providing advice to Investment Managers and Retail Distributors of Investment Products. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Securities and Investment Institute. David is also Rowan Dartington Company Secretary.

Guy Stephens
Chief Investment Officer
Guy joined Rowan Dartington in September 2011. He is an associate member of the UK CFA Society and the Chartered Securities Institute. He joined the City of London in 1990 as an Investment Analyst, following a Mathematics Degree, becoming a UK Equity Fund Manager for Refuge Assurance, now part of Royal London Asset Management.
He joined Clarke Willmott Solicitors as Investment Manager in Taunton in 1998 and has provided investment and portfolio management advice to Private Clients and Intermediaries ever since. In 2001, he joined Rowan & Co. Capital Management in Bath as Investment Director becoming the Group Investment Director of Ashcourt Rowan, following a merger. He was responsible for the design and implementation of the Investment Process, Strategic Asset Allocation policy and the performance and management of £1.2bn of funds under management.

Ben Cooper
Head of Compliance & Risk
Ben joined Rowan Dartington in February 2011. He has spent the past 16 years in the Financial Services industry, the majority of which has been spent in Compliance and Risk roles. Ben has built a wealth of knowledge and experience across various sectors of the Financial Services industry, including Investment Management, distribution and Life & Pensions during appointments at McHattie Investment Management, AXA Sun Life and most recently at Friends Provident. Ben is Rowan Dartington's Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Sue Evans
Director
Sue joined Rowan Dartington in 1998 as an Associate Director, to establish and run the Hereford office. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and has a keen interest in personal and trust taxation. She regularly works with clients’ accountants and solicitors in these areas.
Before joining Rowan Dartington, Sue gained 20 years’ experience in investment management, including 12 years as a Fund Manager on a range of private client funds, pension funds and charities, with a particular emphasis on investing in closed-end funds.

Neil Hutchinson
Non-Executive Director
Neil is Chief Executive of Forward.co.uk, a media technology company which he founded in 2004. Currently one of the fastest growing privately owned businesses in the UK 2010 saw revenues of £118m. He led the acquisition of uSwitch, the utilities comparison business transforming it from loss to profit making during 2010.

David Snow
Non-Executive Director
David was involved in the money and derivatives markets for 20 years, starting at Cayzer Limited before joining Harlow Butler. Until 1999 he was Chief Executive of Harlow Butler UK Limited and Garban Europe Limited, where he was responsible for approximately 500 brokers (money markets, capital markets and foreign exchange) and 100 back office staff. He prepared Garban Europe Limited for a successful stock market float (a year later the company merged with ICAP). Since then he has developed his private interests which include property, printing, security and farming.

John Cooper
Non-Executive Director
John Cooper is Managing Director of JCA Occupational Psychologists which he founded in 1993. He has practised in business and careers psychology since 1990 and worked closely with many leaders and executive teams both internationally and in FTSE 250 organisations.
